Finally, I introduce my favorite anime for now!

It’s really complicated, but worth-watching series. Sci-Fi drama about time machine.

STORY

An odd university student Rintaro always pretends to be a “mad scientist” fighting for an “organization”, and continues strange experiments in his “Lab”, with his friends Mayuri and Daru. One day, when Rintaro and Mayuri go to a lecture, he encounters a dead body of a girl Kurisu, who is a genius in science. At the moment he emails Daru about it, everyone around him suddenly disappears. It gets back usual soon, but he finds his memory and others’ completely different. According to Mayuri and Daru, the lecture is cancelled in the morning and they never goes there; also, his email is sent five days ago. What’s more, he finally meets Kurisu alive later.

Rintaro hypothesizes that one of his inventions “Telephone Microwave” is a time machine and it relates to the curious incident. He contacts John Titor, who proclaims himself as one from the future, and asks him about theories of time travel. From his story, Rintaro assures a research organization SERN’s plot exploiting time travel technology, and then his lab starts to seek the truth.

• Why I think this will make a good movie or TV series

1. The original’s popularity – In Japan, the first series was made in 2011 and the latest one has started in April 2018, which means it has been loved for a long time.

2. The genre’s popularity in the US – Sci-Fi films, especially ones about time travel, like Star Trek, Back to the future, and the like, have been very popular in this country.

I think it has to take much more to describe how attractive it is. Thus, I'm going to continue on the next post!
